Also This Saturday

Immediately after the Sequins and Skeletons performance for the Asura record release, I will be heading over to the Hyperion Tavern to finish out the night. I'll be dj'ing along with a good buddy of mine, David Browne a.k.a. Safari. We're doing a new night called FUTURE DAYS. This is a free event. After the show, come and have a drink with me.

Upcoming Events

There are two very important upcoming events. The first one is "Tonal Recall," a night that I will be dj'ing at the Verdugo Bar along with two comrades of mine; Rarebit of Sequins and Skeletons and Chris from KXLU/Chotto Ghetto. We're going to be playing your favorite jazz tunes as well as some that will become your future favorites. Come out this Sunday evening.

The next event is the Asura record release party at the Echo Curio. I will be performing as a member of Sequins and Skeletons. The other members include; Rarebit, Pomar, Tigerbitch and Dr. Fiction. We've been working very hard and this will be Sequins and Skeletons first performance in over three years.

The clouds are parting.

La Mirada

This was the view I used to see everyday. I've since moved and it's been keeping me pretty busy. Things are starting to finally slow down and I think we'll be seeing some goods finally uploaded on here. Excuses, excuses.

Things to look forward too:
  • New Haunted Stars track
  • New Good Ships release
  • COMBAT! collaborations with singers, dancers, rappers, painters, etc.
  • COMBAT! 7 inch coming out on How To Fight Records
  • Sleeping Bags stuff is coming together
  • Lots of record playing
In the mean time, here's a video. When in doubt, go with Cage.

p.s. If you have no plans tonight, Good God!, will be going down tonight at the Mandrake (mandrakebar.com). I'll be dj'ing with Stassi as well as Chris Candy and Maki from KXLU. It's going to be broadcasted live on their Neuz Pollution program from 10:30pm to Midnight. So if you can't make, tune in (88.9 FM in Los Angeles or www.kxlu.com everywhere else).
